Delivery
Free Delivery:
We deliver all orders totalling £5000 direct to the address. Orders below this amount will be sent using the Royal Mail’s 1st class post. For security purposes, all deliveries sent DPD Express require a signature for proof of delivery. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card with their contact details and will attempt to re-deliver up to 3 times before returning.
Standard Timescales:
In order to avoid receipt of goods by third parties, delivery of goods is made only to the contact person specified in the order. When you receive an order with online payment in a retail store by self-pickup, you must necessarily call the code that is sent in the SMS about the readiness of the order to the number specified in the order.

Orders placed before 7pm will be delivered the next day – including on Saturdays (For example if you order at 6.45pm on a Tuesday, you’ll receive your delivery on Wednesday). Orders after 7pm will be delivered the following day – including on Sundays (For example if you order at 9pm on Friday, you’ll receive your delivery on Sunday).
Returns
Returns Policy:
Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
How to make returns:
n the event we agree the return of a product, the product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition. Heat seals must not be broken.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, although if the goods have been shipping these will need to be returned first. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
